Joey Toth recently stated in court that he intends to end his marriage to David. Although it was quite strange that the date of their separation indicated in the documents coincided with the date of filing the divorce petition. Joey seeks an order for David to provide spousal support, but he himself refuses to pay him alimony and asks the court to support him in this.
Regarding their children Joey has outlined his preferences for legal joint and physical custody, demonstrating a willingness to share parenting responsibilities.
Additionally, Tutera is requesting that Toth cover his attorney fees. It’s worth noting that Joey previously filed for divorce from David four years ago, however he withdrew the petition at that time, as per court records.
